First, we want to thank you for your business during this challenging time.  Please be assured we are taking the health and safety of our team and customers very seriously here at Northside.  

As recommended by the CDC, we are taking extra steps to protect against the spread of COVID-19 not only for our team but for you, our customers, too.  Steps include:

  • Daily health screening of all team members.

  • Team members are asked to return home if they are unable to pass health screening protocol.

  • Minimizing team member contact with strategic warehouse staging of out-going jobs.

  • Wearing personal protective equipment as required.

  • Increased hand washing or hand sanitizing when washing is unavailable.

  • Sanitizing office areas, fleet vehicles and tools daily.

  • Practicing 6-foot social distancing as space allows.

We ask kindly that if an appointment is scheduled for an estimate, service call or an install and someone in the home or business is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms that you notify us at 231-744-0911 to reschedule.
